About the Role
You’ll help us bring in the best people to build Indonesia’s leading ecosystem for careers, HR, and youth empowerment — across Dealls, KantorKu, and SejutaCita. As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll own the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and ensuring every new hire fits both the role and our culture.
This is a role for someone who’s both analytical and people-oriented — you’ll balance speed, quality, and candidate experience to scale teams that move fast and deliver impact.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions (tech, business, creative, etc.).
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and success profiles.
- Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn and Dealls.
- Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews across teams.
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS (Dealls) and track key hiring metrics.
