Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide first-level and second-level support for web and mobile applications used by the organization.
- Analyze application issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve technical problems.
- Assist end users in navigating and utilizing applications efficiently.
- Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for knowledge-base improvement.
- Monitor application performance and escalate critical issues when necessary.
- Participate in internal training programs and continuously improve skills aligned with the LFCA syllabus.
- Ensure timely communication and updates to users regarding ongoing issues and resolutions.
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong initiative, work ethic, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to operate and understand web-based and mobile applications.
- Strong capability in analyzing application problems and identifying solutions.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Has completed certification or internal training equivalent to the LFCA (Linux Foundation Certified IT Associate) syllabus.
- Willing to work in shift (3 shift)
