Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video & photo content for marketing, product, and branding purposes.
- Capture visually engaging images, both still and motion, that align with brand aesthetics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to conceptualize visual stories and narratives.
- Perform end-to-end video editing: selecting footage, trimming, sequencing, sound syncing, and basic motion graphics.
- Conduct color correction and color grading to achieve cinematic and consistent visual tones.
- Optimize video or photo formats for different platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, ads, etc.).
- Maintain an organized digital archive of all raw footage, edited projects, and design files.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear timelines and deliverables.
- Stay updated on trends in video editing, social media formats, and visual communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Design, Multimedia, or related field.
- Min 3+ years of experience in videography and video editing.
- Proven background or portfolio in photography and videography
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).
- Strong aesthetic sense in framing, lighting, typography, and color theory.
- Experience in operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and creative problem-solving skills.
