Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Establish and maintain effective communication with tenants to professionally address their needs, concerns, and inquires
Provide tenants with information regarding building facilities, events, etc
Collect feedback and suggestions from all tenants for continuous improvements and relay this information to the management team
Offer tenants information regarding their rights and responsibilities
Act as a mediator in tenant disputes or issues, working towards the best resolutions
Timely and responsive communication in handling work-related emails and chat inquiries
Prepare daily or monthly report

A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
At least 1 Year of working experience in Tenant Relation/Customer Service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with tenants, management, and vendors
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to address tenant concerns and disputes
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Good English communication skills
Placement at Alam Sutera, South Tangerang
