Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As a Teller and Customer Service, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing information, directing inquiries, and supporting daily administrative operations. You will also be responsible for processing currency exchange transactions, handling cash accurately, and delivering excellent customer service. In this role, you are expected to maintain a welcoming and professional front desk environment, ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards, and uphold a trustworthy demeanor at all times.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in handling cash transactions, preferably in banking, retail, or money changing services.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and verifying currencies.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Basic understanding of foreign currencies and exchange rates.
- Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
