Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct socialization of new initiatives to operational through presentations, demos, and technical discussions.
- Lead or assist technical meetings with field stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver on-site training for users on new initiatives.
- Provide daily operational support and assistance during the rollout in the field.
- Ensure safeguarding and compliance with established standards and procedures during implementation.
- Conduct daily monitoring and review with the operations, to ensure immediate corrective actions are taken.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Technology, Information Systems/ Computer Science, or other relevant fields.
- Having 1–3 years of experience in Project Management or Project Implementation
- Strong interest in digital technology and its application in agriculture/ plantation operations.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, practical language for field users.
- Comfortable learning and operating new digital tools, applications, or systems.
- Willingness to work on-site during the rollout assignment schedule.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Open to continuous learning, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to the digital transformation of plantation operations.
