Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitor sales performance across all offline and online channels and identify trends.
- Manage stock levels to prevent both shortages and overstock.
- Develop accurate production forecasts based on sales data, market trends, and seasonal factors.
- Coordinate production schedules with manufacturers and internal teams.
- Prepare and present inventory, sales, and production reports to management.
- Recommend strategies to optimize stock levels and production efficiency based on data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales planning, inventory management, or supply chain within the FMCG, beauty, or retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn sales data into actionable forecasts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Understanding of inventory control concepts (FIFO, safety stock, lead time).
- Experience working with manufacturers and suppliers is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional coordination.
- Proactive mindset focused on efficiency, cost control, and achieving business targets
