We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a strong storytelling instinct—someone who thrives on turning insights into compelling narratives and presenting them with clarity and confidence. As our Strategist, you’ll be the brain behind the deck: researching, shaping campaign narratives, and driving influencer-led creative strategies that resonate with today’s digital-first audiences and ambitious brands.
- Lead and conduct research to uncover cultural, consumer, and market insights—especially within digital and influencer landscapes.
- Develop clear and relevant strategic narratives aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Create influencer briefs that translate business goals into impactful creative directions, rooted in insight and relevance.
- Craft compelling, story-driven presentations with strong visual flow and confident messaging.
- Present strategy and campaign ideas to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management and KOL Specialist teams to ensure end-to-end strategic alignment.
- Contribute to shaping Super Fantasy’s brand voice and strategic thought leadership across channels.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Media, Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in strategy, content planning, or campaign development—preferably in agency, media, or influencer marketing environments.
- Strategic and conceptual thinker with a strong flair for storytelling.
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing, social media ecosystems, and digital content trends.
- Skilled in developing and writing strategic decks in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
