Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Be responsible for creating and ensuring visually shop floor layout and new lines are merchandised according to/follow the Company guidelines/ operational policies and procedures.
- Develop innovative and eye-catching displays that captivate customers and differentiate the store from competitors.
- Be responsible for implementing and communicating the company merchandising guidelines to the local store to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Perform daily styling of mannequins, display and ensure proper merchandising of the assigned boutique.
- Regularly refresh displays to keep them engaging and relevant to seasonal or promotional themes.
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess display effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve visual merchandising strategies.
- Minimal education in SMK/SMU
- At least 2 - 3 years experience in Retail Fashion, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good appearance, communication and good selling skills
- Discipline, have a good responsibility.
- Be able to work with team and target
- Proficiency in English is a plus
- Preferably staff specializing in Visual Merchandising
- Wiling to work in Shifting Hour and also Weekends/Public Holidays
