About the Role
You’ll manage all core finance, accounting, and tax operations for our Indonesian entities (Dealls & KantorKu). With relatively low daily volume (±20 transactions/day), this is a hands-on and complete ownership role — perfect for someone who wants to run the entire finance function end-to-end in a fast-growing startup environment. Your responsibility is simple: keep our numbers clean, compliant, and reliable.
What You’ll Do
Daily Operations
- Record all transactions: expenses, revenue, reimbursements, AP/AR.
- Prepare invoices, follow up payments, and ensure timely collection.
- Manage petty cash, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations.
Month-End Close & Reporting
- Handle full month-end closing: journals, accruals, adjustments.
- Produce monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow).
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping using Jurnal / Accurate / Xero.
- Prepare simple dashboards for management (burn rate, runway, budget vs actual).
Tax & Compliance
- Handle all Indonesian tax obligations: PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Badan.
- File monthly & annual SPT, coordinate with tax consultants when needed.
- Ensure compliance with PSAK & Indonesian regulations.
Support & Admin
- Maintain document control: contracts, invoices, receipts, payroll inputs.
- Support payroll checking (salary list, BPJS, PPh21).
- Assist with vendor onboarding, simple procurement, or finance admin tasks.
- Prepare documents for investors, banks, or audits (if required).
