Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Serve as the key liaison between Bali United and local/international clients, building strong, trust-based relationships.
- Communicate directly with senior-level client stakeholders and internal leadership to align on campaign goals, priorities, and strategic direction.
- Accurately translate client briefs (Mandarin and English) into clear, actionable plans for creative, production, and execution teams.
- Lead day-to-day project management including timelines, budgets, deliverables, approvals, and quality control.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and partnerships.
- Track campaign performance and provide clear reporting and insights to clients.
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to long-term client growth and retention.
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, preferably in sports marketing, or media industries.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken & written) is required.
- Proven ability to manage and translate complex briefs into effective internal workflows.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating client expectations with confidence and diplomacy.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, client-driven environments.
- Passion for football is a plus.
