Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative data and prepare relevant reports.
- Support the Sales Team with daily operational needs.
- Receive and handle client phone calls in a professional manner.
- Assist with packing and delivery when needed.
Requirements:
- Experience <1 year as Marketing or Sales Support, or open to fresh graduates / SMA/SMK.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail (especially Excel).
- Attention to detail, enjoys teamwork, communicative, and eager to learn.
- This role is based at the Gratyo® Headquarters – North Jakarta.
- This Sales Support Intern role is also suitable for those looking for positions such as Administrative Intern, Sales Operation Intern, Marketing Support Intern, or Business Support Intern.
