- Lead the sales team to achieve sales target.
- Create a strategy to build up target, teamwork, and service.
- Build and maintain good relationship and communication with all customers.
- Candidate must own at least a Bachelor's Degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00).
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role.
- Experienced in leading teams.
- Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek, West Java, & Banten.
