Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Proactively seek new customers through market research, field research, canvassing, cold calling.
- Engage in face-to-face interactions to promote our HR web platform.
- Conduct product presentation and demo
- Nurture leads to close deals
- Proven track record in achieving sales target in a sales, canvasser, or business development role
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation skills abilities for effective deal closures.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Willing to work in a mobile setting (make client visits all around the Greater Jakarta area)
- Resilient with determination to overcome challenges.
- Fast and agile in adapting strategies to dynamic client needs.
- Familiarity with selling HR technology (eg: Job Portal, HRIS) or SaaS products is a plus.
