Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Achieve 100% of the annual revenue target with strategic planning.
- Preparing MCB budget, quotation & tender management.
- Proactive maintain existing & grab the lost client, also regularly visiting the potential clients.
- Updating related business regulations and providing business development if needed.
- Creating a systematic client database, sales servicing to a potential clients and maintaining good relationships.
- Actively collaborate with the Operation & Finance Team while maintaining a related financial budget.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or an equivalent field
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as Sales Executive for B2B, preferably from TIC, Mineral, Product Services Certification Industries or any similar position.
- Proven experience in marketing management and approaching clients, especially tender from clients.
- Proficient in negotiation skills, selling skills, complaint handling and computer skills (Ms Office & Google Workspace).
- Good interpersonal, communication skills, target-oriented, public relations, team player, creative thinking and excellent time management.
