Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are a fast-moving parenting company in Indonesia, creating trusted products for families across skincare, personal care, nutrition, and more. Our product portfolio is growing rapidly, and we need a QA Lead to ensure every launch meets the highest safety and compliance standards. This role is critical to scaling our business without compromising quality.
What You’ll Own
- Quality Systems & Compliance: Build, implement, and monitor QA protocols across cosmetics, personal care, and Pangan & Supplement categories, ensuring full BPOM and IFRA compliance.
- Vendor & Manufacturing Quality: Lead audits, drive CAPA plans, and strengthen partnerships with tollers, suppliers, and packaging vendors.
- Production & Release Control: Oversee batch release approvals, incoming goods inspections, and in-process quality checks.
- Issue Resolution & Prevention: Lead root cause analysis on product complaints and implement preventive quality improvements.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor QA associates, fostering a culture of ownership and precision.
What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)
- Standardized QA SOP rolled out across all categories and suppliers.
- First Pass Yield improved by at least 15% from baseline.
- Average QA release approval cycle reduced to ≤3 working days.
- 100% regulatory compliance with zero BPOM or IFRA rejections.
- All active tollers and packaging vendors audited and meeting agreed quality standards.
You’re a Fit If
- You have 6–8 years’ QA experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or food/supplements manufacturing.
