Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for the procurement of goods and services according to user request / company needs,
- Looking for vendors and bid price according to user request,
- Receiving FPB from user and purchasing goods according to FPB user,
- Receive PO and invoice and follow up on receipt of goods up to the payment,
- Make a purchase voucher of goods / service and report the tax invoice to accounting,
- Make a report on the purchase and receipt of goods.
- Age min. 25 Years
- Min. 1 year experience in purchasing
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree in Any Major
- Familiar with Ms Office (Word, Excel, Ppt)
- Having knowledge about PO, term of payment, quality of goods
- Having good communication, negotiation skills
- Willing to take an official trip
- Free of cigarrets & drugs
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta Pusat & Jakarta Barat
