Tentang Anak is building the most trusted parenting ecosystem in Indonesia, from expert-backed content to daily parenting tools and products. As we scale our product portfolio, we’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategies, boost feature adoption, and connect users to real value.
What You’ll Own
- Product Marketing & Go-To-Market: Craft and execute GTM strategies for new features and products, ensuring user clarity and adoption from day one.
- Campaign Planning: Partner with Brand, Product, Growth, and Content teams to create integrated launch campaigns aligned with brand and business goals.
- User Insight & Positioning: Deeply understand user pain points to shape compelling product narratives and positioning that drives engagement.
- CRM & Retention Engagement: Own CRM initiatives and in-app communication strategies to activate and retain users effectively.
- Cross-Functional Launch Management: Coordinate across functions to ensure timely, measurable, and impactful rollouts, from ideation to post-launch learning.
What Success Looks Like
- Deliver at least 3 feature launches with >30% adoption rate within 30 days post-launch.
- Increase CRM engagement by 2x through targeted campaigns and content experimentation.
- Create and socialize a consistent GTM framework across Brand, Product, Content, and Growth.
- Establish user segmentation and positioning documentation for at least 3 key product verticals.
- Build internal credibility as the go-to partner for launch and adoption strategies.
