About the Role
You’ll own the roadmap for products that power how Indonesia works — from how companies manage payroll and performance on KantorKu HRIS, to how they attract and hire top talent on Dealls ATS.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for one or more major product lines.
- Translate company objectives into clear, outcome-driven product initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data to deliver high-impact features.
- Set and monitor success metrics (adoption, activation, retention, NPS, ARR contribution).
- Drive structured decision-making — from discovery to post-launch iteration.
- Mentor associate PMs and guide squads in building scalable, customer-centric systems.
- Partner directly with leadership to align product direction with business strategy and market trends.
