(WPB), a joint-venture company between Nestlé S.A. and Refreshment Product Services (a wholly owned subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company), acquired a majority stake in the Company and the name of the Company was changed to PT. AdeS Waters Indonesia, Tbk accordingly. During this Nestlé S.A and Refreshment Product Services ownership period, the Company launched bottle water AdeS product with new packaging and new bottle product Nestle Pure Life.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage 3 of first commercial batch in large scale to define procedure with repeatable process and validated
- Standardize parameter process in mixing and filling based on capability process and machine
- Review product specification based on capability process and filling refer to voice of customer
- Optimize and initiate improvement process and system in weighing, mixing and filling
- Actively to analysis the risk assessment product for NEW FORMULA in order to have a good performance during process comply with existing equipment or any possibility to invest new machine if necessary.
- Provide flexibility process with scale up scale down batch size
- As technical expertise to support production investment on processing vessel based on technology process
- Define standard of manufacturing time ( SMT ) per each formula/ formula grouping
- Define cleaning method ( CIP-SIP ) in mixing & filling based on formula grouping
- Support to monitoring Right first quality of bulk and FG with QA team
- Define documentation system based on validation in mixing and filling area
- Quality validation for new machine (commisioning )
- Define the corrective preventive action for any non-conformity and trouble shooting on the processing ( RCA concept)
- Lead training process diversity related to process.
- Define reporting automatically
- Minimum bachelor degree in chemical / pharmacy from reputable university
- Having experience as process development in cosmetic product ( Hair care & Personal care ) at least 2-3 years
- Having experience about formulation, technology process and design machine with Hygienic concept
- Having experience for validation process and equipment
- Perform trouble shooting product and Root cause analysis
