Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitor and analyze public policy, legislative, and regulatory developments affecting the tech and financial sectors, especially fintech.
- Develop and execute advocacy strategies that align with the company’s business goals and regulatory positioning.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the senior leadership on regulatory, reputational, and public affairs matters.
- Represent the company in external engagements with regulators, government bodies, industry associations, and policy forums.
- Prepare internal memos, policy briefs, regulatory summaries, and talking points for leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product, and Corporate Affairs teams on strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate the company's role in association working groups, public consultations, and industry discussions.
- Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree such as MBA, MPP, LL.M, or other relevant Master's from a top global university is a strong plus.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in regulatory strategy, public policy, government affairs, legal, or consulting roles.
- Exposure to tech, fintech, or financial services industries preferred.
- Background in a top-tier law firm, consulting firm, or government/regulatory body is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and political acumen.
- Ability to operate independently, handle complex issues, and communicate effectively with senior leadership
