Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We’re looking for a Performance & Growth Marketing Officer to run paid marketing campaigns, improve customer lifecycle engagement, and support our marketing tech stack. This is a hands-on role for someone with 1–3 years of experience who can execute fast, analyze data, and drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Run and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Meta, Google) to improve CAC, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Analyze marketing data to identify growth opportunities across acquisition and customer lifecycle.
- Build simple CRM/automation flows to nurture leads and improve engagement/retention.
- Optimizing SEO and ASO effort through data-driven initiatives which also including website maintenance using WordPress engine.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to execute experiments and improve performance.
- 1–3 years experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth roles.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads with strong analytical skills.
- Able to use Google Sheets, dashboards, and marketing analytics tools confidently.
- Basic understanding of CRM/automation tools and SEO fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of Wordpress engine on website
