- Support & Guide – Be the go-to person for the team—listening, advising, and helping create a workplace where people feel supported, not just supervised.
- Set Clear Goals – Create simple yet effective KPIs and SOPs that keep everyone on track without drowning them in paperwork.
- Build & Nurture Culture – Organize initiatives that make work feel less like “just work” and more like a community—whether that’s small rituals, team activities, or creative events.
- Bridge & Resolve – Act as the link between CEO and employees—ensuring both perspectives are understood, handling conflicts calmly, and helping find win–win solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree (Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or similar roles (experience in retail or startups is a plus).
- Someone who can genuinely nurture—empathetic, approachable, and a great listener.
- Familiar with hiring tools and platforms.
- Able to create and manage KPIs and SOPs (nothing overly complicated—just what works).
- Strong at negotiation and partnering across teams.
- Big on collaboration and not afraid to step in when needed.
