Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology. A Master's Degree in Psychology is considered a strong advantage
- Minimum 2 years of coaching and mentoring experience preferably in Education industry
- Excellent communication and capable to work both collaboratively in teams and independently
- Willing to be placed at Malang, East Java
- Ensure effective implementation of mentoring program and learning processes to enhance students’ academic achievement
- Guarantee the quality of mentor in order to obtain effective program implementation and completion
- Build strong and effective internal cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
- Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders
