Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are seeking a Listing Agent who is proactive, resourceful, and passionate about building relationships in the property sector.
This role is highly flexible — you are not required to come to the office every day.
Because the job involves meeting clients directly or hunting leads online, you may work from:

- Cafe
- Anywhere that allows you to be productive
You will represent Indo Property Hub by acquiring and onboarding new property listings through both field outreach and digital prospecting
- Mandatory Office Requirement: Weekly meeting every Monday, 9:00–12:00 WITA at Indo Property Hub Sanur office
- Outside of this schedule, you may work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach property owners, real estate agents, villa managers, and service providers to onboard listings onto Indo Property Hub.
- Conduct field visits or door-to-door pitching to present IPH’s platform benefits.
- Hunt potential listings through online platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Groups, and other digital sources.
- Assist clients with listing onboarding (photos, descriptions, pricing details, documentation).
- Maintain and update listing pipelines, CRM entries, and lead trackers.
- Build long-term relationships with partners to ensure listing continuity and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure accurate listing activation.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on acquired listings, field visits, and leads.
