The Promotion Lead at Astro is responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing promotional campaigns that drive category growth, customer retention, and sales growth. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective promotional strategies that align with Astro's campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Promotional Strategy Development & Execution
- Design and implement comprehensive promotional strategies that align with campaign objectives and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute promotional campaigns, ensuring collaboration and alignment across departments.
- Analyze market data and consumer insights to inform promotional tactics and enhance campaign effectiveness.
2. Campaign Management & Optimization
- Plan and execute integrated campaign based on growth target
- Optimizing campaign promotion engine to grow business line
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Utilize data-driven methodology to improve effectiveness and efficiency of promotional channels.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the GTM campaign, commercial, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of promotional strategies.
- Provide insights to enrich campaign execution and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
4. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor a team of campaign professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
