PT Ukirama Solusi Indonesia, established in 2016, offers comprehensive ERP software solutions for various industries. We help local & international clients to automate businesses and integrate operations.
As a Junior ERP Consultant at Ukirama, you’ll work with other consultants to build impactful solutions for our clients. You’ll understand their needs, tackle challenges, and create effective strategies. This role offers hands-on experience, training, and mentorship from senior consultants, along with the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects across various industries.
Job description:
- Assist in identifying and analyzing clients' business processes, learning how to configure these processes in our ERP system.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure clients are proficient in using the ERP system.
- Provide comprehensive support throughout the implementation process and address any client requirements or issues that may arise.
- Create clear, user-friendly documentation and guides for clients.
- Support clients' transition to new ERP systems and learn to monitor system performance post-implementation.
- Collaborate with the development team and senior consultants to gain hands-on experience in server setup and system deployment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computerized Accounting, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- 0-2 years of experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in project management and interpersonal relations.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of accounting is an advantage.
