Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Manage and maintain strong relationships with banking clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all business and technical communications.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions in core banking, digital banking, and related IT services.
Coordinate and oversee IT project delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of banking solutions, including core banking systems, big data platforms, applications, and infrastructure.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Provide product knowledge and technical awareness support to clients, particularly on Oracle FLEXCUBE and other banking IT products.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
Stay up to date with developments in the Indonesian banking sector, including regulatory changes and emerging technology trends.
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Information Technology, or related fields.
3-5 years as an Sales Manager, Relationship Manager, or similar role, preferably in banking or IT consulting.
Strong understanding of the Indonesian banking sector, including core banking, digital banking, and local regulations.
Experience coordinating IT projects, especially in banking solutions (core banking, big data, applications, infrastructure), is a plus.
Technical Awareness: Basic knowledge of banking IT products and services; experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE (OFCR, Universal Banking, Direct Banking) is an advantage.
