Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain project documentation such as the Project Charter, Work Plans, Risk and Issue Logs, etc.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure alignment with goals
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and escalate potential risks or project issues
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, business analysts, etc.)
- Manage change requests and ensure they are documented and approved
- Schedule project meetings and capture meeting minutes/action items
- Assist with project audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a PMO or in a similar IT project role
- Familiar with project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum
- Proficient in using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, etc.)
- Strong analytical thinking and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are an advantage
