Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collaborate with internal teams and business users to support system and application needs within the insurance domain.
- Analyze business requirements related to Life Insurance products for both individual and corporate clients.
- Provide solutions and recommendations regarding the usage and optimization of insurance applications such as AS400, Group Asia, and Life Asia.
- Assist in system implementation, maintenance, and enhancement, including integration with Chatbot solutions to improve customer service.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth business processes and successful IT project delivery.
- Prepare and maintain documentation of system workflows, business processes, and implementation results.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for issues related to insurance systems and applications.
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a relevant field.
- English proficiency is required (fluent level is not mandatory).
- Preferably has knowledge of Life Insurance products (individual, corporate, etc.).
- Strong teamwork skills and proactive communication with various Business Users.
- Knowledge of applications and systems commonly used in the insurance industry such as AS400, Group Asia, Life Asia (familiarity with AS400 is a plus).
- Experience in utilizing or implementing Chatbot solutions is an advantage.
- Preferably has prior experience working in an insurance company.
