    Deskripsi Pekerjaan


    • Develop and implement industrial relations strategies to foster a positive and compliant working environment.
    • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy and labor regulations.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between the company, labor unions, and government labor authorities.
    • Monitor and ensure company compliance with all labor laws and industrial relations regulations.
    • Support HR and management teams during negotiations, audits, and policy development related to labor issues


    • Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial relations or a similar HR role.
    • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law and experience in handling disputes or union matters.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Able to work independently and manage sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
