PT Akasha Wira International Tbk (“the Company”) was established under the name of PT Alfindo Putrasetia in 1985. The Company’s name has been changed several times, with the most recent one in 2010, when its name was changed to PT Akasha Wira International Tbk.
In 2004 Water Partners Bottling S.A. (WPB), a joint-venture company between Nestlé S.A. and Refreshment Product Services (a wholly owned subsidiary of The Coca-Cola Company), acquired a majority stake in the Company and the name of the Company was changed to PT. AdeS Waters Indonesia, Tbk accordingly. During this Nestlé S.A and Refreshment Product Services ownership period, the Company launched bottle water AdeS product with new packaging and new bottle product Nestle Pure Life.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring employee contracts
- BPJS Jamsostek registration for new daily employee
- Preparation of internship contract extensions
- Updating employee data on HRIS
- Responsible for employee attendance data
- Creating work certificates and employment confirmation letters for employees
- Creating employee's ID Card
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management or any related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience or internships in HR operations or HR data analyst
- Detail-oriented, good communication and able to work in a face paced company
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
