Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify workforce needs together with user departments.
- Create and publish job advertisements in various media.
- Screen CVs, conduct administrative selection, and schedule interviews.
- Conduct initial interviews (HR interviews) and coordinate with users for follow-up interviews.
- Manage psychological testing or assessment processes in accordance with company standards.
- Input and update employee data accurately in the HRIS system
- Manage of employee administrative files.
- Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in the manufacturing industry). Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficiency in English.
- Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and and competency-based interview techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work in a team or independently.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (a plus).
