Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Design and deliver host training programs on product knowledge, hosting techniques, and audience engagement.
- Observe livestreams, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Create training programmes, materials, and best-practice guidelines.
- Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure brand alignment.
- Monitor industry trends and apply best practices to training content.
- 2–3 years of experience as a livestream host, trainer, or talent coach in e-commerce, retail, or media.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Creative, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with livestream platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, etc.) is a plus.
- Willing to work at SIRCLO Stream Lab Studio (BSD, South Tangerang).
