Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Astro is seeking an operationally-minded and quality-focused Head of Hub Excellence to lead the performance, standardization, and continuous improvement of our network of fulfillment hubs. In this critical role, you will drive consistency across locations, elevate service levels, and implement best practices to ensure every hub operates with excellence, speed, and precision.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities and define strategies for efficiencies in the work process and innovative approaches for cost efficiency, productivity & quality all Astro's hub.
- Strategize, plan and execute short, medium and long-term improvements
- Ensure sustainability of improvements with system control, automation, OKR setup and process governance.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver the best possible results, develop, test, and refine business processes/practices.
- All Improvements you will process must be aligned and reflect Astro's customer value in clear, measurable progress.
BAU Responsibilities:
- Spearheading and executing projects with strict timeline & deliverables
- Conduct thorough research, perform data analysis, and implement advanced analytical techniques to provide practical insights into supply chain operations.
- Monitor e2e business process improvement, initiatives, prioritization with measurable results.
- Coordinates with various business units & Vertical Operations to Initiate Projects/tasks.
Team Management Responsibilities:
- Support and guide the team to manage, prioritize and deliver results in strict timeline
- Balancing between Top-Down and Bottom-Up initiatives, while providing clear guidance to the team
