As a Group Brand Manager (Beauty), you will:
- Define and lead the brand portfolio vision and strategy in line with company objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of Brand Managers and Senior Brand Managers.
- Identify growth opportunities across brands and categories (skincare, makeup, body care, etc.).
- Manage brand positioning, segmentation, and long-term equity building.
- Build alignment across departments to ensure timely execution of launches and campaigns.
- Validate product-market fit, ensure brand relevance, and align with consumer trends.
- Drive 360° marketing plans: campaign ideation, go-to-market strategy, media planning, PR, and digital..
- Analyze brand health, market trends, competitor activity, consumer insights, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or Master’s degree is a plus).
- 6+ years in brand marketing or product management, ideally in beauty or FMCG.
- Proven track record in building and managing multiple brands.
- Deep understanding of brand architecture, consumer segmentation, and innovation process.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with tools like Nielsen, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, etc.
