Visual strategy and concept development
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing the visual strategy and concept for various marketing and advertising campaigns. This involves collaborating with the marketing team, understanding campaign objectives, and brainstorming creative ideas to effectively communicate the brand's message.
Design creation and execution
You will oversee the creation and execution of designs across multiple channels, ensuring they align with the approved concept and brand guidelines. This includes creating layouts, selecting visuals, choosing color schemes, and arranging typography to create visually appealing and cohesive designs.
Quality Control
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of design quality throughout all projects. This involves reviewing and approving final designs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. You will also be liasing with external vendors and printers to ensure the successful execution of print projects, including reviewing proofs and approving final artwork.
Trend Monitoring
Staying up-to-date with design trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies is crucial for a Graphic Designer. You will continually explore new design techniques, software, and visual trends to keep the brand's creative output fresh and innovative.
- Education background: Bachelor of Design / Fashion / Craft / Art, or Visual Arts.
- Visual-driven person. Having particular interest in image-making, be it photography and/or videography or any other visual-centric output.
- 2+ years experience in design studio / creative agency ecosystem.
