Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Design Lead in overseeing design projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Develop and refine event materials, including banners, invitations, presentations, and promotional assets.
- Create engaging internal branding materials, such as corporate communication templates, office visuals, and team merchandise.
- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and marketing channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, HR, and operations) to execute creative initiatives.
- Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers to uphold design quality.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to enhance creative output.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Maximum age: 35 years old.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
- Experience in event materials and corporate branding is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Portfolio showcasing a strong sense of creativity and design execution.
