The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our video production runs smoothly, content is delivered on schedule, and operations are efficient and product development for upcoming businesses is tracked effectively while contributing to the growth and development of our businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Production Management:
- Oversee filming schedules and ensure all production requirements are met.
- Manage post-production workflows, ensuring videos are edited and uploaded on time.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize content strategies across various platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Operational Leadership:
- Supervise and coordinate with team members, including video editors, social media specialists, and production staff.
- Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and meet company goals.
- Develop and manage budgets for operations and projects.
- Growth and Strategy:
- Plan and execute strategies to expand the business, including new revenue streams like merchandise, online courses, and events.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure business success.
