- Lead and manage the fleet team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor vehicle performance and schedule maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Recruit, train, and supervise drivers, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Collaborate with dispatch and other teams to ensure efficient fleet utilization.
- Track key operational metrics like vehicle availability, fuel use, and driver performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management or transportation.
