Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervise maintenance of Heavy equipment (forklifts/pallet movers/reach trucks) and retail appliance across multiple Hub and Warehouse
- Develop maintenance schedules and repair procedures to eliminate downtime
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy equipment and retail appliances
- Manage vendor relations for parts/services
- Enforce K3 safety standards
- Train staff on proper equipment use
- Maintain all maintenance records and budgets
- Maintaining usage schedule of heavy equipments
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- 3+ yrs experience (heavy equipment, refrigeration unit & retail appliances) with 1+ year in a supervisory role, preferably in retail/FMCG
- Expertise in Forklift hydraulics/electrical, commercial refrigeration, Kitchen equipment repair
- Forklift Technician Certification
- OHS/K3 certification
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams (Hub, warehouse, kitchen)
- Leadership & communication skills, quick response to operational emergencies
