- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Proven track record of 1-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in software or technology.
- Has a hunter mindset, motivated by finding new opportunities, connecting with prospects, and growing partnerships with purpose and persistence.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced negotiation and persuasion skills.
