Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Communicate complex information to stakeholders (internal management, Union, and external parties)
- Listen to employee concerns and complaints, and facilitate meetings to resolve conflicts
- Resolve internal disputes, disciplinary actions, and conflicts
- Create programs to improve employee engagement, morale, and workplace culture
- Audit and review grievance procedures and employee relations strategy to ensure adherence to labor laws
- Keep accurate records of employee relations cases, investigations, and outcomes
- Support negotiations between management and employee representatives
- Bachelor of Psychology, Management
- Strong Communication using English
- Has over 2 years related experiences
- Excellent skills in written and verbal communication
- Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and mediation skills
