As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will:
- Registering and developing a new brand on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Tokopedia, Blibli, etc.
- Monitoring brand performance, analyze data, and sales performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost sales.
- Connecting the brand with e-commerce business partners or relationship management.
- Work closely with brand teams to align online campaigns with product launches and promotional events.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience as an E-commerce Specialist, Relationship Management, or other relevant position, preferably in marketplace or beauty industry.
- Familiar with all metrics relevant to marketplaces and able to provide insights and action plans based on data analysis.
- Experienced in managing marketplace campaign and events.
- Proficient in advanced Excel or similar tools for data analysis.
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and highly analytical.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
