Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers focused on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to align marketing strategies.
- Guide campaign execution, ensuring best practices and optimization.
Performance Monitoring & Analytics
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.
- Adjust strategies based on data insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Experience in SEM, SEO, and other digital marketing channels is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in Meta & Google Ads.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook Ads Manager), excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Certifications: Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar are advantageous.
- Have worked in a digital marketing agency before.
