Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervise stock handling processes, including receiving, storing, replenishing, and dispatching stock.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock audits to maintain inventory integrity.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of stock for easy access and retrieval.
- Lead and manage a team of stock associates, ensuring clear communication of tasks and goals.
- Provide training to staff on stock management procedures and best practices.
- Identify inefficiencies in stock processes and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Track and report key stock performance metrics, such as inventory accuracy and stock turnover rates.
- Ensure stock handling complies with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the inbound and outbound teams to ensure smooth stock flow.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in inventory or stock management within a warehouse or distribution environment.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of stock management processes and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (IMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
