Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervise daily outbound operations, including picking, packing, and loading of goods to ensure timely dispatch.
- Monitor and maintain outbound workflow to meet accuracy, productivity, and quality KPIs.
- Coordinate with inventory and inbound teams to ensure order completeness and accuracy.
- Allocate manpower effectively and create daily work plans based on volume forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular team briefings and training to ensure performance and policy alignment.
- Track shipment schedules and coordinate with transportation providers and customer service teams.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues (e.g., order discrepancies, shipment delays).
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to outbound activities.
- Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and cross-functional departments.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle inbound issues effectively.
- Familiarity with inbound logistics, inventory management, and safety regulations in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and inspecting shipments.
