  • Accommodate and manage customers complaint
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) education, in any major
  • Have 1-2 years experience as a Customer Service in Banking Industry
  • Good service attitude and good communication skills
  • MS Office literacy
  • Fluent in English
  • Have Korean Language proficiency is an advantage
