Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social and governance sustainability strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align sustainability goals with corporate objectives.
- Monitor and track progress on key sustainability targets (employee well-being, diversity, inclusion, underprivileged hiring, incident rates, gender representation).
- Partner with HR and HSE to implement well-being and inclusion programs.
- Coordinate external sustainability assessments and lead international communication campaigns.
- Analyze sustainability data for reporting and performance improvement.
- Drive campaigns for global observances and act as a key communicator for sustainability initiatives.
- Promote diversity, health, and inclusion across all functions.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Min. 3 years' experience in Communication & CSR.
- Background in HR, communication, or community engagement preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and stakeholder engagement.
- Passion for sustainability, inclusion, and social impact.
- Fluent in English (written & verbal).
