Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Creative Group Head at Redwoods Digital will lead a team of creative professionals to produce high-quality, innovative marketing and branding solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing strategies, creative development, and client communication. The Creative Group Head will be responsible for ensuring that all creative outputs align with the client's objectives and the agency’s standards.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Manage workloads, delegate tasks, and ensure the timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, provide feedback, and address challenges.
- Mentor and develop the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Creative Strategy & Development:
- Develop and oversee creative strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their marketing goals and brand identity.
- Conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Collaborate closely with strategy and account teams to understand client needs and translate them into compelling creative solutions.
Client Communication & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Address client feedback and revisions, ensuring that final deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Present creative concepts and solutions to clients, articulating the vision and value behind each idea.
Quality Control & Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all creative work is of the highest quality, adhering to brand guidelines and meeting the agency’s standards.
